Payment Terms : All payments must be made in cash, cheque or through online transfer.
1. Cheque Realisation: Payments via cheque shall be subject to bank realisation. If dishonoured, interest @18% per annum will be charged until settlement.
2. Non-Refund Policy: Fees once paid are nonrefundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance or partial attendance of the workshop or training session.
3. Code of Conduct: All participant’s are expected to maintain silence and discipline throughout the session. Disruptive behaviour will lead to removal from the workshop without refund.
4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the matter will be resolved through arbitration by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision of the appointed arbitrator shall be final and binding

By signing below, I acknowledge and declare that :
• I am voluntarily participating in the INNER JOURNEY – Mano-Ya-NaMano workshop, organised by Winners Education Charitable Trust, under the guidance of Mr. Shashikant Khamkar.
• I fully understand that the workshop is a spiritual and energy- based coaching session, and is not a replacement for any medical or psychological treatment.
• I confirm that I am attending this workshop voluntarily and any decisions or changes in my life resulting from this workshop are solely my responsibility.
• I understand that this workshop is not affiliated with any religious or political ideology and does not promote superstition, bias or discrimination based on caste, creed, gender or faith.
• I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the workshop. I have disclosed any ongoing medical or psychological treatment.
• I agree not to hold Winners Education Charitable Trust, its founders, trainers, employees, volunteers or associates liable for any direct or indirect consequences, injury, loss or damages arising out of my participation.
• I understand that hospitality services (such as food, transport and accommodation) are not the responsibility of the organisers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• I confirm that any form of anti-social disrespectful, or abusive behaviour may result in my immediate expulsion from the program without refund.
• I acknowledge that the workshop aims to raise self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual insight and I am an active participant in this process.
• I have read understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above, and I confirm that the personal information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge
